Persepolis Eyes Uzbekistani Midfielder Juraev
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Persepolis football club is on the verge of signing Uzbekistan’s midfielder Sakhob Juraev in a bid to ease its concerns at the middle.
The Iranian popular team is going to strengthen itself for the AFC Champion League, where the team has been drawn alongside Saudi champion Nassr and Qatari Stars League winner Lekhwiya in Group A.
The Iranian club has also negotiated with Iraqi international midfielder Dhurgham Ismail.
Persepolis is currently standing in ninth place with 22 points from 17 games.
