Iranian VP, South African Official Discuss Cooperation in Legal Fields


TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Vice-President for Legal Affairs Elham Aminzadeh in a meeting with South Africa’s Deputy Minister for Culture and Art Rejoice Mabudafhasi discussed ways to boost the two countries’ mutual cooperation in legal affairs.

At the meeting on Wednesday, Aminzadeh call on the African country to work with Iran on the development of legal concepts and promotion of the respect for law in the society.

She also voiced Iran's willingness to exchange experience with South Africa in the field of law.

Mabudafhasi, for her part, referred to numerous areas of cooperation between the two countries, and said her country is more interested in boosting ties and interaction in all fields, especially in culture.

“We believe that enhancement of bilateral ties will benefit both nations.”

She expressed the hope that a memorandum of understanding on using cultural capacities for the development of International Law would be signed during the upcoming visit to Tehran by the South African president.
