Torneo delle Nazioni: Iran U-19 Futsal Team Beats Italy
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Iranian Under-19 futsal team defeated host Italy at the Torneo Delle Nazioni on Wednesday.
Ali Sanei’s boys beat Italy 5-2 and advanced to the four-team tournament’s final.
Iran is preparing for the Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG).
Slovenia also defeated France 7-2 in another match.
Iran U-19 futsal team will play Slovenia in the final on Thursday while Italy meet France in third place match.
The third edition of the Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG) will be held from October 6-18, 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
