Karim Ansarifard Given Nottingham Forest’s No. 37 Shirt
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Newly signing Karim Ansarifard has been handed the Nottingham Forest’s No. 37.
The 28-year-old striker has joined the English side on an 18-month contract for an undisclosed fee on November 3.
The striker, who scored the equalizer for his country in their 1-1 draw with Portugal at the World Cup, joined from Olympiacos.
Forest is seventh in the English Championship table, two points outside the play-off places, having won one of its last three games.
Aitor Karanka’s men are in action at home to league leader Sheffield United on Saturday.
