People Gather in Deir Ez-Zor to Celebrate Syrian Army Presence in Manbaj (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Locals on the streets of Deir ez-Zor on Friday evening celebrated entering the city of Manbaj in Damascus province by the Syrian army.
The Syrian army announced earlier on Friday that government troops had entered the northern city of Manbij, close to the border with Turkey, following a request from the Kurdish YPG for it to protect the location.
