Anti-Netanyahu Protesters Demand PM’s Resignation in Jerusalem Rally (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Israeli anti-government continued their protest gatherings outside the residence of Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem (al Quds) on Thursday night demanding his resignation.
Thousands of protesters have descended on Jerusalem repeatedly in recent weeks, despite the coronavirus outbreak, with demonstrations sometimes breaking out in clashes with the police, who have at times deployed water cannons.
Israel has been hit by anti-Netanyahu protests with activists accusing the prime minister of corruption and poor handling of the COVID pandemic.
