World Para Athletics Grand Prix: Mahdi Moradi Wins Gold at Long Jump
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s Mahdi Moradi claimed a gold medal at the 2021 World Para Athletics Grand Prix on Friday.
He came first at the Men’s Long Jump T/F13 with 6.57 meters.
Kazakhstan’s rival took a silver medal with 6.44 meters and the Para athlete from Chinese Taipei won the bronze with 5.88 meters.
Some 471 Para athletes from 52 countries are confirmed for the four-day competition at the Dubai Club for People of Determination, part of the UAE’s Fazza International Athletics Championships.
