Five-Member Iran Judo Team off to Kyrgyzstan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – A five-member Iranian judo team left for Kyrgyzstan on Saturday to participate in the Asia Oceania Judo Championship.
The competition will be held in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan from April 4 to 10.
The Bishkek competition offers valuable points to qualify for the Tokyo Olympic Games starting on July 23.
Mohammad Mohammadi Barimanloo (-73kg), Amin Kamyabi (-81kg), Ghasem Baghchegi (-90kg), Ali Parhizkar (-100kg) and Saeid Karaji (+100kg) will participate in the seven-day competition.
