Iranian Ship Attacked in Red Sea: Sources
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An incident has happened to Iranian ship ‘Iran Saviz’ in the Red Sea, sources reported.
Information obtained by Tasnim suggests that the incident happened after the explosion of limpet mines attached to the hull of the ship.
Iran Saviz has been cruising in the Red Sea over the past recent years for logistical support for the Iranian commandos deployed to that region for escorting trade vessels.
Official sources have not commented on the report of the incident.
