Esteghlal Suffers Defeat in Friendly Match
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Esteghlal football team lost to Iran’s Students Football Team 1-0 in a friendly match in Tehran on Friday.
Mohammad Ousani scored the only goal of the match in the 90th minute.
Esteghlal prepares for the 2021-2022 season of the Iran Professional League.
The Blues will kick of the season on Wednesday with a match against Havadar in Tehran.
Esteghlal is going to end its nine-year title drought in Iran Professional League.
