Iran to Play India in 2022 Asian U-20 Volleyball Championship Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran beat South Korea 3-1 (25–22, 24–26, 25–17, 25–19) in the 2022 Asian Men's U-20 Volleyball Championship semifinals on Sunday.
Iran booked its place in the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship as the competition’s top two teams.
India also beat Thailand 3-1 (25–21, 23–25, 25–19, 25–18) in the other semifinal game and qualified for the final match.
Iran will face India on Monday in the final match.
The 21st edition of the Asian Men's U-20 Volleyball Championship, a biennial international volleyball tournament, is organized by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Bahrain Volleyball Association (BVA) hosting it in Riffa, Bahrain from August 22 to 29.
