Persepolis Earns Hard-Fought Win over Malavan: IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis football team earned a 1-0 hard-fought win over Malavan in Iran Professional League (IPL) on Thursday.
Jurgen Locadia scored the only goal of the match in the 79th minute.
Malavan put Persepolis under pressure in the final minutes of the match in Bandar Anzali’s Sirous Qayeqran Stadium but failed to find back of the net.

Persepolis remained top of the table with 21 points, followed by Sepahan (19 points) and Esteghlal (18 points - one game in hand).
