Queiroz Names Iran’s 2022 FIFA World Cup Squad

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran national football team coach Carlos Queiroz named his final 25-player team for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Team Melli is in Group B along with England, Wales and the US.

Iran is scheduled to play England on November 21.

Iran will face Wales and the US on November 25 and 29, respectively.

Sardar Azmoun is a doubt for the World Cup since the forward is not fit yet.
