Russia Condemns Drone Attack on Iran's Military Site
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Russian Foreign Ministry strongly condemned an attack on Iran's military facilities by unmanned aircraft.
The ministry warned that the terrorist act can have "unpredictable consequences."
The Russian Foreign Ministry called on those behind the provocative action, their supporters, and those who feel arrogant enough to carry out such an act to understand that their hopes of weakening Iran are unfounded.
An unsuccessful attack using drones took place on one of the military complexes in Isfahan, central Iran on Saturday. The attack was repelled due to the predictions and preparations of the air defense system, as two drones were shot down.
The Iranian Defense Ministry issued a statement regarding the explosion in Isfahan on Saturday night assuring that the country is fully determined to pursue growth and stability and will not be deterred by any obstacles that may arise.
