Iran’s Daily Oil Output Increases by 37,000 Barrels in Q1 2023

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said in its latest report on Friday that Iran’s oil production in the first three months of 2023 has risen by 37,000 barrels per day.

The OPEC put the average price of Iran’s heavy oil in this period at $80.67.

In its monthly report, quoted by the informed sources, the OPEC stated that Iran’s average oil output from January to March 2023 has reached 2,565,000 barrels per day (bpd).

Iran’s daily oil production has shown a 37,000 barrels hike compared to the same period last year, the report added.

Iran had produced over 2,528,000 barrels of oil per day from January to March 2022.
