Iran’s Yousef Kazemi Misses 2023 FIVB U-21 World Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran middle blocker Yousef Kazemi will miss the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship.
The young player suffered a painful foot injury during the match against Brazil in Bulgaria’s tournament.
Kazemi returned to Tehran for treatment.
The 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men's U-21 World Championship will be held in Manama, Bahrain from July 7 to 16.
Iran is drawn in Pool A along with Bahrain, Tunisia and Thailand.
