Iran B Suffers Fifth Loss at 2023 William Jones Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran B basketball team was defeated against UC Irvine Anteaters 80-48 in the 2023 William Jones Cup on Friday.
Andre Henry led the way with 16 points, shooting 3-3 from beyond the arc and 0.625 from the field.
Iran B started the campaign with a 63–69 win over Qatar but lost to Korean team Anyang KGC 84-72, Chine Taipei’s Republic of China Blue 80-63, Philippines’ Rain or Shine Elasto Painters 98-90 and Japan U-22 73-72.
Iran B will play the UAE on Saturday.
