No Place for Usurper Zionists in Palestine: Iranian Spokesman

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Decrying plans for the forced displacement of Palestinian people from the Gaza Strip, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Nasser Kanaani said the ones that must leave the Palestinian territories are the occupier Zionists.

In a post on his X account on Sunday, Kanaani deplored the military and propaganda activities of the Zionist regime and its sponsors with the aim of paving the way for the forced displacement of Palestinian people from Gaza.

“The ones that must leave the soil of Palestine and get out of there are the usurper and occupier Zionists,” the spokesman said.

“The Palestinian nation is the real and eternal owner of this territory. They will stay in there as they have shown patience, devotion, resistance and sacrifices for the liberation of their land for decades and will rid their territory of the criminal occupiers,” Kanaani added.

He made it clear that the Israeli act of occupation would not entitle the occupiers to anything no matter how long it persists.

The Israeli regime has been pounding the Gaza Strip for nine days. At least 2,329 Palestinians, including 724 children, have been killed and approximately 9,700 wounded so far in the Israeli air attacks.

The rising toll comes as the Israeli regime continues bombing Gaza a day after telling 1.1 million residents to head south ahead of a looming ground offensive following Hamas’s operation outside Gaza last week.
