Kim Jong-hyeok to Officiate Iran v Syria: 2023 AFC Asian Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – South Korean referee Kim Jong-hyeok was appointed to officiate the match between Iran and Syria.
Team Melli is scheduled to face Syria on Wednesday in the 2023 AFC Asian Cup knockout stage.
Kim, who became a FIFA referee in 2009, has refereed in 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Asian Cup China 2023 qualifiers and 2023-24 AFC Champions League.
