Iran’s Greco-Roman Wrestler Alizadeh Claims Gold at 2024 Asian C’ships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Greco-Roman wrestler Naser Alizadeh won a gold medal in the 2024 Asian Wrestling Championship on Monday.
He defeated Nursultan Tursynov of Kazakhstan 5-0 in the final bout of 87kg.
Uzbekistan’s Rahimjon Uzokov and Masato Sumi of Japan won two bronze medals.
The 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships are being held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan from April 11 to 16.
