General Warns Foes of Iranian Army, IRGC’s Harsh Response
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – A senior Iranian military commander warned the enemies that crossing Iran’s red lines will trigger a decisive and fierce response from the Army and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
In a message on Sunday, Deputy Chief of the Iranian Army for Coordination Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari congratulated IRGC Commander Major General Hossein Salami on the anniversary of foundation of the IRGC.
Lauding the unity, rapport and cooperation between the Army and the IRGC, the general said such close interaction has endowed Iran with strategic preparedness and capabilities.
He also warned the enemies that any cowardly move, act of aggression, violation of the Iranian boundaries, or crossing the Islamic Republic establishment’s red lines will draw a decisive and harsh response from the Army and the IRGC in such a way that the adversaries will regret taking hostile actions.
Rear Admiral Sayyari praised the Iranian Army and IRGC for their unmatched role in the fight against terrorist groups, thwarting the plots hatched by the global arrogance and the hegemonic system, and frustrating the Zionist regime.
In the early hours of April 14, the IRGC Aerospace Force launched tens of missiles and drones in retaliation for the Israeli regime’s April 1 airstrike that killed seven Iranian military commanders and advisers in Syria.
The IRGC commander said authentic reports about the Iranian missiles that have hit the Israeli targets indicate that the retaliatory operation has been considerably more successful than expected.
