Amir Abedzadeh Joins Castellón
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian goalkeeper Amir Abedzadeh joined Spanish football club Castellón.
The 31-year-old Iranian goalkeeper has joined Castellón on a free transfer from Marítimo in the Portuguese Second Division.
Known as “The Persian Cat”, Abedzadeh has previously played at Spanish side Ponferradina.
The Iranian international has experienced two World Cups in Russia and Qatar.
He had been linked with a move to Iran's Persepolis.
