Bibi’s Washington Visit Reveals US’ Demoniacal Face: Iranian Spokesman

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The visit that the criminal Israeli prime minister has paid to Washington after nine months of genocide in Gaza shattered the fake innocent image of Western civilization and laid bare the cruel and demoniacal nature of the US, the Iranian Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson said.

In a post on his X account on Thursday, Nasser Kanaani said the “criminal prime minister of a fake regime” has been embraced by his sponsors after nine months of genocide and infanticide in the Gaza Strip.

The Iranian spokesman noted that Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the US has rendered futile decades of deceptive attempts by the Western civilization to portray an innocent and humanitarian image of itself and disclosed the “violent and demoniacal” face of the US policy.

Mocking American and European leaders and politicians for the “ridiculous slogan” of advocating human rights, Kanaani said, “The natural rights of Palestinians, including the right to life, security, food, water, medicine, treatment, etc. are being trampled on in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank in the most terrible manner before the wide eyes of the world; and the Palestinian children are being slaughtered on a daily basis by the butcher of Tel Aviv (Netanyahu), while the US government and Congress welcome that executioner with applause in the face of all these crimes.”

The term “shame” is too weak to explain such a dire debacle, he said about the Israeli premier’s visit to the US.

Thousands of protesters gathered across Washington, DC, on Wednesday to demonstrate against Netanyahu’s speech at the US Congress.

The demonstrators held effigies of a blood-stained Netanyahu, waved Palestinian flags and chanted “free Palestine” as the Israeli prime minister spoke.

In his remarks to US lawmakers, Netanyahu defended the Israeli regime’s war on Gaza, which has killed more than 39,000 Palestinians, displaced more than 80 percent of Gaza’s population and brought the territory to the verge of famine.
