Hassan Yazdani into 86kg Final: Paris 2024 Wrestling
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian freestyle wrestler Hassan Yazdani advanced to the 2024 Olympic Games final on Thursday.
He defeated Jayden Lawrence of Australia 10-0 in his first match.
Yazdani then beat Greek wrestler Dauren Kurugliev 9-4 and later defeated San Marino’s Myles Amine 7-1.
On Friday, Yazdani will wrestle Bulgarian wrestler Magomed Ramazanov in the final.
Yazdani won a gold medal in the 2016 Olympic Games and claimed a silver four years later in Tokyo.
