Iran Sitting Volleyball Beats Egypt in 2024 Paralympics Semis
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s men’s sitting volleyball team defeated Egypt 3-1 (25-14, 25-15, 20-25, 25-8) in the semifinals round of the 2024 Paralympic Games on Thursday.
Iran had previously defeated Ukraine, Brazil and Germany in Pool B.
Team Melli will face Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday at the North Paris Arena in the finals match while Germany meet Egypt in the bronze medal match.
Iran has previously won seven gold medals in the Paralympic Games.
