30 Countries Express Readiness to Invest in Iran

The preliminary meeting before launching the Exhibition of Iran Investment Opportunities entitled “Iran Invest Expo 2024” was held at the Persian Gulf Hall of Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds in the presence of Director General of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) for Development Affairs Mahmoud Bazaari, Executor of organizing the exhibition Mohammadreza Ghaderi and a number of officials and representatives of the Exhibition’s Strategic Council, ISNA reported.

It is hoped that Iran's Investment Opportunities Exhibition will be held in early March of 2025 in the presence of both domestic and foreign investors, the director general of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran said.

The Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI) is one of the arms of holding the Exhibition of Iran Investment Opportunities and has made efforts to introduce this exhibition through business consultants and business centers.

Thirty countries have introduced 107 representatives and investment delegations to TPOI. It was announced at the preliminary meeting that the representatives of the companies showed high interest in investing more than $7.2 billion of foreign capital in Iran.

The main goal of the Iran Investment Expo is to attract foreign investors and introduce Iran as an investment-friendly country.
