President Vows Iran’s Response to Any Israeli Attack
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian cautioned the Zionist regime to brace itself for Iran’s proportional reaction to any act of aggression.
Pezeshkian visited the office of Hamas in Tehran on Tuesday to offer his condolences on the loss of Yahya Sinwar.
Asked by reporters about the Israeli regime’s rhetoric of military action against Iran, the president underlined that the Zionist regime would be given a proportional response to any attack.
He also lashed out at the US and European governments for throwing their weight behind the Israeli regime in committing genocidal crimes against Palestine.
On October 1, Iran responded to the Israeli assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC general Abbas Nilforoushan by launching as many as 200 ballistic missiles toward the Zionist regime’s military and intelligence bases all over the occupied Palestinian territories.
While the Zionist regime has threatened to retaliate, Iranian officials have warned that Tehran’s reciprocal response to any Israeli action will be harsh, proportional and well-calculated.
