Iran Air Force Chief Visits Pakistan
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Commander of the Iranian Air Force Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi has paid an official visit to Pakistan.
The Iranian general has traveled to Islamabad at the invitation of Chief of the Air Staff of Pakistan Air Force Zaheer Ahmad Babar.
General Vahedi is planned to hold meetings with his Pakistani counterpart and Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan Asim Munir, and visit a number of Pakistan air bases.
The Iranian commander is going to visit the Mushaf Air Base at Sargodha in Punjab to observe the Sindh Shield 2024 exercise.
The multinational aerial exercise is attended by air forces from Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey and includes a comprehensive training scenario.
