Sepahan Goes Top of 2024-25 IPL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The Sepahan football team edged past Aluminum 1-0 on Friday and moved top of the 2024-25 Iran Professional League (IPL).
In the match, held in Isfahan’s Fooladshahr Stadium, Mehdi Limoochi found the back of the net in the 53rd minute.
In Sirjan, Foolad, headed by Yahya Golmohammadi, defeated Gol Gohar 1-0 and moved up to third place.
Sepahan leads the table with 20 points, followed by Tractor (19), Foolad (18) and Persepolis (17).
