Iran’s Defense Minister Embarks on Venezuela Visit
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh has traveled to Venezuela to attend a joint commission meeting.
The Iranian defense minister is visiting Caracas in his capacity as the chairman of Iran’s team in Iran-Venezuela Joint Economic Cooperation Commission.
General Nasirzadeh is going to co-chair the 10th meeting of the joint commission in Venezuela.
The defense minister is visiting Venezuela after a recent trip to Damascus, where he held negotiations with senior Syrian officials.
