Emad-O-Doleh: One of The Most Distinguished Mosques in Iran's Kermanshah

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Emad al-Doleh Mosque in Kermanshah is a beautiful Qajar era (1785–1925) structure built in 1876.

The mosque has a tile inscription on its façade, which bears the name of Naser al-Din Shah (1831-1896), the reigning monarch of the time.

One of the doors of this mosque once belonged to shrine of Imam Ali (599-661) in Najaf and the other one opens to the Kermanshah Bazaar and is believed to belong to the Safavid era (1502 – 1736).
