Naft Tehran Downs Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia in ACL
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian Naft Tehran football team earned an impressive 3-0 win over Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia Tuesday night in Group B of the AFC Champions League.
Left-footed Vahid Amiri opened the scoring in the 57th minute.
With seven minutes remaining, Amir Arsalan Motahhari made it 2-0.
Reza Aliyari found the back of the net with a diving header in the injury time.
Naft Tehran went a point clear of the Al Ain at the top of the group with just two matches remaining in the group stages.
