Crystal Palace Eyes Iran’s Saman Ghoddos: Report
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - The Swedish-born Iranian striker Saman Ghoddos has caught the eye of Crystal Palace.
The 24-year-old striker impressed in his side’s Europa League last-32 tie against Arsenal.
Crystal Palace has joined the race for the Ostersund striker, Mirror.co.uk reported.
Ghoddos is on the radar of a number of English clubs after impressing in the Swedish side’s Europa League last-32 tie against Arsenal.
West Ham, Southampton, West Brom and Brighton are also eyeing the Iranian frontman.
Ghoddos will cost in excess of £5m after Ostersund rejected a January bid of that value from Celta Vigo.
It comes a couple of weeks after Palace signed goalkeeper Diego Cavalieri.
