Syrian Army Forces Continue Operations in SE Idlib (+Video)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Syrian army troops took control over several villages near the Turkish military observation point in southeastern Idlib countryside.
According to Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), the army forces cleared Jirjanaz strategic town in Idleb southeastern countryside after fierce battles against terrorists in the town, which is located to the east of Hama-Ma’arat al-Numan highway.
The report added that the army troops entered the town from multiple directions.
The battles then ended up with Syrian army establishing control over the town.
The villages of Khirbat al-Sirwani, Khibat Ma’arata, Fa’aloul, al-Haditah and Abu Dafnah were declared free of militants following the army achievements.
