Iran’s Geramipour Joins Argentinian Club San Lorenzo
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian international basketball player Aron Geramipour joined Argentinian club San Lorenzo.
The 27-year-old center has most recently played for Croatian club Cibona.
Club Atlético San Lorenzo de Almagro - based in Buenos Aires, Argentina - plays in the Liga Nacional de Básquet (LNB), which is the first-tier level division of the Argentine basketball league system.
The Argentinian club has also hired Puerto Rican power forward Ramón Clemente.
Geramipour was a member of Iran national basketball team who booked a place in the 2020 Olympic Games at the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China.
