Karate 1-Premier League Paris: Iran’s Abazari Seizes Bronze
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Saleh Abazari from Iran won a bronze medal at the Karate 1-Premier League Paris on Sunday.
Abazari beat his Saudi Arabian rival Tareg Hamedi 3-0 in the Male Kumite +84kg third-placed match.
More than 700 competitors from 92 countries took part at the three-day event in Paris, France.
The competition also served as qualification event of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
