Vouria Ghafour Misses Sanat Naft Match
TEHRAn (Tasnim) – Esteghlal captain Vouria Ghafouri will be absent in the match against Sanat Naft on Monday.
The Blues will host Sanat Naft in Matchweek 5 of the Iran Professional League (IPL) in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium.
Ghafouri will miss the match due to a meniscal cyst.
The 33-year-old winger will miss several weeks if he undergoes a knee surgery.
The player’s absence will be a big blow to Esteghlal since the team is without Cheick Diabate, Masoud Rigi and Farshid Esmaeili for the match against Sanat Naft.
