FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup: Latvia 58 – 48 Iran
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran lost to Latvia 58-48 in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2021 on Sunday.
In the match, held at the Daugavpils Olympic Center, Iran’s Parsa Fallah collected 16 points and Latvian Kristians Feierbergs scored 17 points.
The Iranian team had lost to powerhouse Serbia 88-67 in Group B on Saturday.
Iran will play Puerto Rico on Tuesday.
The tournament is being hosted in Riga and Daugavpils, Latvia from July 3 to 11.
