Persepolis Defeats Shahrdari Astara in Tune-Up Match
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Persepolis defeated first division team Shahrdari Astara 3-0 in a friendly match on Friday.
Reza Asadi scored a brace and Omid Alishah was also on target for Persepolis.
The friendly match was held as part of preparation for the match against Al-Hilal in quarterfinals round of the 2021 AFC Champions League.
Persepolis will also play Sepahan in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on October 8.
Persepolis will face Saudi Arabian giant Al-Hilal on October 16.
