Iran to Play Russia in 2021 Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran emerged victorious over African champion Senegal 7-5 in the 2021 Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup semifinals Friday.
Team Melli will play Russia Saturday night in Dubai.
Iran and Russia, both three-time champions, compete to become the tournament's most successful nation.
Iran will also be looking to win its third consecutive title.
The two teams have met in the final twice before, in 2013 and 2018, with Iran prevailing both times.
