Taremi Scores A Brace As Porto Beats Tondela
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Porto football team Iranian forward Mehdi Taremi bagged a brace in the match against Tondela Sunday night.
In the match, held at the Estádio Nacional, Porto beat its rival 3-1 to lift its 18th Taça de Portugal, sealing a domestic league and cup double in the process.
Taremi scored the first goal in the 22nd minute from the penalty spot. Vitor Ferreira made the scoreboard 2-0 in the 52nd minute.
Neto Borges pulled a goal back in the 73rd minute but Taremi completed his brace one minute later.
