Iran Falls Short against Japan at Asian U-18 Volleyball Championship Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran was defeated against Japan 3-0 (25-22, 25-22, 25-23) in the final match of the Asian Men’s U-18 Volleyball Championship on Monday.
Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Hamid Sajadi along with Mohammad Reza Davarzani, head of Iran Volleyball Federation, attended the final match.
The 2022 Asian Men’s U-18 Volleyball Championship started on August 15 at the Azadi Hall in Tehran, Iran and finished on August 22.
Iran, along with Japan, South Korea and India, booked its place in the next year’s FIVB Volleyball Boys’ U-19 World Championship.
