Iran Beach Soccer Team Defeats Belarus
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran beach soccer team beat Belarus 7-3 in a friendly match on Wednesday.
In the match, held in Bandar Abbas, south of Iran, Mohammad Ali Mokhtari scored twice and Ali Mirshekari, Mehdi Shirmohammadi, Moslem Mesigar, Mohammad Moradi and Mehdi Mirjalili scored a goal each.
Iran, who had also defeated Belarus 5-0 in its first friendly match, will play the European team once again on Thursday.
Team Melli prepares for the AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup Thailand 2023, where it has been drawn in Group B along with the UAE, Malaysia and Uzbekistan.
