Iran 3rd at Asia-Pacific Deaf Judo Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran finished in third place at the Asia-Pacific Deaf Judo Championships.
In the competition, which was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on March 5 and 6, the Iranian judo athletes won a gold, a silver and three bronze medals.
Ali Salahshour in the under 66kg won a gold, while Hossein Allahkarimi seized a silver in the under 90kg while Mehrdad Bodaghi in the under 60kg, Amir Mohammad Daftari in the under 73kg and Ali Dehghan in the under 81kg claimed three bronze medals.
Kazakhstan and South Korea finished first and second, respectively.
