Participating Teams for 2023 CAFA Confirmed
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The first ever CAFA (Central Asian Football Association) Senior Championship will bring seven teams together in two countries.
Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan will host the competition from June 10 to 20.
Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Oman will take part in the first edition of the game.
The teams will be divided into two groups. The teams drawn in group B will play their matches on June 10, 13 and 16. Group A matches will be held on June 11, 14 and 17.
The final match and the match for the third place will be played on June 20 in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan.
The Draw Ceremony for the competition will be held on Wednesday.
