On Friday, the 2020 Paralympic champion finished first at the Men's Javelin Throw F34 with 40.27 meters.

Colombian throwers Mauricio Valencia (38.01) and Diego Meneses (37.84) won gold and silver medals respectively.

Iranian shot putters Rashid Masjedi and Mehdi Olad had already won two gold medals.
