Iran to Meet Sweden at 2023 Youth World Handball C’ship Opener
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will play Sweden in the opening match of the 2023 Men's Youth World Handball Championship.
Iran has been drawn in Group H along with Faro Islands, Burundi and Sweden.
Iran will face Sweden on August 2 and play Faroe Islands and Burundi on August 3 and 5, respectively.
The 2023 IHF Men's Youth World Championship will be the 10th edition of the championship to be held from August 2 to 13, 2023 in Croatia under the aegis of the International Handball Federation (IHF).
It will be the first time in history that the championship will be organized by Croatian Handball Federation.
