Iran Volleyball Defeats Pakistan: Friendly
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran's national volleyball team defeated Pakistan 3-1 (42-44, 25-23, 25-19, 25-14) in a friendly match on Tuesday.
Iran played Pakistan as part of preparation for the 2023 Asian Men's Volleyball Championship.
Behrouz Ataei’s side is drawn in Pool A along with Iraq and Hong Kong.
Team Melli will play Hong Kong and Iraq on August 20 and 21, respectively.
The Championship will take place in Orumiyeh, Iran from August 19 to 26.
