India Defeats Iran at 2023 Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – India beat Iran 3-1 (22-25, 25-19, 30-28, 25-17) in the 2023 Asian Women’s Volleyball Championship on Thursday.
Team Melli Banovan had lost to Japan 3-0 in Pool B on Wednesday.
Japan and India advanced to the Top 8 as the first and second place teams.
A total of 14 teams from across the continent vie for top honor and accumulated points for the FIVB World Ranking.
