Iran Women’s Kabaddi Downs Bangladesh: 2022 Hangzhou
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s women’s kabaddi team defeated Bangladesh 54-16 in Group B of the 2022 Asian Games on Wednesday.
Team Melli Banovan had defeated Nepal in its opening match.
Iran’s women’s team is the Asian Games defending champion.
A record high of nearly 12,500 athletes from 45 countries and territories compete across 40 sports in the 2022 Asian Games.
Iran has sent 289 male and female athletes to the Games in 34 sports events.
